The Stunning 'Holm" residence on Simpsons Rd, Bardon were completed late 2021. MDP Developments have crafted 14 Luxury townhouses, a cleaver mix of 3 & 4 bedroom with beautiful views thanks to our ability to build on an incredibly challenging sloped block.
Pool House, Coorparoo
We have recently put the finishing touches on this bright pool house, the perfect addition to a Queensland family home. The new entertainment area feature a kitchen, bathroom, living area and TV so the kids have a play space while the parents can relax by the pool. We especially love the gold finishes and outdoor shower, and check out the indoor/outdoor pavers.
Residence - Upper Brookfield.
This Beautifully designed residence in Upper Brookfield, was completed in early 2020 by the MDP Developments team. With Hardwood structure and VJ Panelling throughout, this build was not your ordinary build. Both Builder and Client were very pleased with the end result.
Clayfield
Comprising of 3 townhouses with an existing character home to repositioned and renovated. The new townhouses are spacious and finished to a very high standard and the character home has retained all the impressive pre war features.
With a narrow street, limited access and substantial excavation and retaining works were required, the team faced a number of challenges during the project. The successful completion of this project is a testament to their ability to think creatively and forward plan to mitigate congestion.
Waterworks Rd, The Gap
The MDP Team worked on this new house build, full of light and lots of practical space for a growing family, some luxury touches and beautiful outdoor entertaining area by the pool.
Lutwyche Townhouses
Comprising of 3 townhouses with an existing character home to repositioned and renovated. MDP were required to work with local authorities to complete stormwater works within the adjacent park.
In a nod to the character of the existing house, the fit out of the new townhouses incorporated recycled and heritage inspired fittings. The result was a modern, livable development which complements the existing neighbourhood.
