This construction project was for a well known Brisbane photographer and involved the conversion of an existing industrial building in to a functional and high end photography studio and offices.
MDP signed up to complete the works for a commercial shooting studio. Stage 2 of the Spine St project saw a specially designed sound proof room to accommodate same day commercial shooting. Along with a cyclorama wall spanning 4m high. We thoroughly enjoyed this project, which we completed in December 2018.
A live stream was set up during the construction stage, allowing those who were interested to tune in and see the works unfold on a day to day basis.

Carport Cafe, Wynuum
MDP Developments helped to transform this commercial site into a shady cafe, featuring a full commercial kitchen, shop fronts and soon to be drive-through coffee service.
Office Warehouse Refurbishment - Tingalpa
MDP Developments have partnered though-out 2018 and 2019 with local and Global brands as they relocated and upgrade their commercial spaces in the commercial office fit our space. In this project, we proudly partnered with Kenny Constructions in building and refurbishing their existing structures to increase capacity and workable space, bringing a more contemporary working environment to their team in Tingalpa. Works moved quickly, and we handed over an exceptionally finished new space to Kenny Constructions by the end of October 2019.
James St, Fortitude Valley
MDP Developments had been assigned with various office fit out & Architectural structural features. Ranging from a full office re-fit for Carlton United Breweries to a new signage structure in the middle of the James St prescient.
Lytton Road, East Brisbane - Boarding House
MDP Development have recently completed the refurbishment of this stunning Boarding house in East Brisbane. Without fire separation compartments through-out and working with an existing structure in the renovation, provided the MDP team with some exciting challenges. This project was completed within the outline time frames with both Builder and Client very happy with the final product.
LHH Office Fit-Out, Spring Hill
MDP had the task of creating a new office space in spring hill. 150m2 of new office space all completed within the 6 week turn around. MDP was also tasked with the make good of the office transformation. Bringing back a full constructed office to its original state. All clients were happy with the end product.
